I contacted the company manager yesterday for a Saunier Duval water heater repair at my parents' house. They were extremely responsive and offered me an appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The technician, Florian, a punctual, friendly, and attentive young professional, carried out the water heater maintenance efficiently. He also provided excellent advice on new products (thermodynamic water heaters, condensing units, hot water tanks, etc.).
